Videos, testimonials and detailed feedback from commercial growers using Shearline equipment in real production.
Bucker Operation
Short operational clip showing fast, continuous bucking technique and real-world material handling using an earlier system configuration.
The same skilled operator is shown here using the newer bucker blade design. She reports a noticeable improvement in smoothness and reduced vibration, allowing the machine to remove buds from the branch more gently, even when the flower is somewhat over-dry.
Segra — Trimming & Sorting Customer Operation
This customer uses a hybrid trimming approach: the largest flower is set aside for hand trimming, while medium and small flower is machine trimmed and then passes directly through the sorter in one continuous pass. The sorter also gives Segra confidence when supplying customers who specify a minimum flower size, because undersized flower can be separated consistently before the order is packed.
High-Capacity Auto Feeder & Sorter — Customer Operation
In this customer setup, the flower has already been trimmed before entering the Shearline system. The video demonstrates Shearline’s larger-capacity auto feeder continuously supplying the sorter at high speed. Shearline systems can also be configured with the feeder, trimmer and sorter operating together as one continuous process.

Proud Mary Cannabis Inc. — Langley, British Columbia
Proud Mary Cannabis Inc. reports that a capable hand trimmer would rarely complete more than about two pounds in a full working day. By comparison, a Shearline trimmer typically processes approximately 120 pounds during an eight-hour production day.
The speed does not require sacrificing finished-flower quality. When the flower is properly dried and conditioned, the Shearline process produces a finish comparable to hand trimming, preserves larger flowers through processing, and requires very little hand touch-up.
